SPE Penn State is introducing a new initiative that’ll engage our young female members.  We are partnering with the Women’s Energy Network (WEN) to provide extra networking and mentoring opportunities.

Successful launch of our mentorship program

The SPE Penn State Chapter has successfully launched our Women’s Energy Network mentorship program! We launched it in conjunction with Chevron and Danielle Payne, Field Completions Engineer at Chevron, as our first official mentor! Our goal is to link up young female Penn State Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering students with women mentors in the industry for guidance and support! We have over 10 student participants thus far.
