Brian Hradecky graduated in 2008 from Texas A&M and the University of St. Thomas with Bachelor’s degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Math, respectively.
He began work with Apache in 2007 as a summer intern in the GOM shelf production group, and then joined Apache’s 3 year Engineering Development program after graduating in 2008. During his development program, he rotated through Apache’s Central region in Tulsa working Permian drilling and production, then onto Houston in Apache’s reservoir simulation team, and finally in Gulf of Mexico Shelf production and reservoir. After the development program, he joined the GoM Shelf reservoir team briefly before moving to join the Egypt region where he has been for the last 5 years. His current role is reservoir engineering general manager at one of Apache’s JV’s in Egypt, Khalda Petroleum Company.
