Internships

In your college career, an internship in the upstream oil and gas industry is an important key to unlock jobs post-graduation. If you’re a freshman, sophomore, or junior, you should take the “internship search” very seriously. Also, if you have a lot of tasks related to your studies, you should contact and pay for letter of recommendation and devote all your free time to the internship search. While most employers look for candidates in the Fall semester, there are some companies that come back to Campus during the Spring semester to recruit qualified candidates. If you fail to find an internship in the upstream sector, you should think about diversifying yourself by looking into internships in the midstream and downstream sectors. Finding an internship in ancillary industries is also valuable.
